What to Expect at an Oceanside Open House
There’s a very specific pocket of time during an Open House just as the first visitors roll in. Pillows are fluffed, blinds are open, breeze rolling in through the screened patio. I triple-check the flyer stack, then just stand there at the front door, looking like San Diego’s most overdressed squatter.
Ground-Floor Condo for Sale Near the Beach
Somewhere between my third lap of the property and me wondering if the neighbor’s delivery driver counts as foot traffic, a couple walks in and just like that, it’s showtime. But hey, real estate is 90% showing up. The other 10% is staying cool under pressure and pretending you’re not melting in a seersucker-lined blazer during peak summer, even with jelly sandals rounding it out.
